SRAM and Shimano front derailleurs are interchangeable.
As already noted, if you go with friction mode to control the rear derailleur, then you should be OK, as long as the Shimano bar end has enough range of motion. If you want an indexed rear shifter, stick with your current RD and shifter, or change both the RD and shifter to SRAM (you'll then also need to change your cassette and chain because SRAM don't make 9-speed road stuff).
