Am i trueing rim right direction?

So i just bought a diamondback spoke wrench and watched some videos how to true but one of the tricky parts if im going right way.

Say i put my mtb on the floor since i have no true stand, upside down with the rd on opposite side where am at at the rear wheel.

What way tightens and which way loosens?
