Hi I'm Shawna,
I have CMT. Any other cyclist out there who also have CMT? Just woundering how much you ride and if you have heard that we could be making it worse by riding too much?? Also are your quads always sore? Mine take foever to recover. One more thing, Do you do much climbing? I really like to climb but I'm always sore.

Actually have to thank you for this post. I didn't realize this condition existed until you posted about it and I did a search. Good luck in finding some answers and relief for your condition.

There is a cyclist on the paraolympic team with CMT, perhaps he will make the disease more visable in the future. We have to be careful because many say that cycling or other vigerous exercise will make my condiction worse
