Can I take the middle part off or do I need to cut it off? Because I been looking for a better handlebar for my bicycle. I'm handicap & I ride my big trike outside to help strengthen my legs. I have a regular handlebar on my trike. Every time I hold the handlebar. My wrists arch & it cause pains for me.
