Adaptive Cycling: Handcycles, Amputee Adaptation, Visual Impairment, and Other Needs Have a need for adaptive equipment to ride to compensate for a disability or loss of limb or function? Rifton Wrangler or R140 Trike component Specs/measurements?

Does anyone have measurements on the Rifton Wrangler adaptive trikes? I've seen a trashed one that may be helpful to build my son's trike but I can't find the headset dimensions on the Rifton website. If anyone knows the measurements of the stem/steerer tube that would be very helpful. Thanks.
