ICE sprint- yep sounds like that. ICE=Inspired Cycling Engineering. A Cornish manufacturer.

Actually, one of them made it to the South Pole (a Guinness first)

World's first cycle to the South Pole achieved

What happened to the Fuji Ace ?

My oldest is the 1st real bike I ever bought, the '82 Fuji Supreme - but my favorite is the '83 Raleigh. Both with tall frames (27 " and 66 cm). It's surprising how the Raleigh 66 cm seems to fit me so much better. Entry level road bikes....but working well for me at this stage. I've all but given up the new cheapo hybrid that brought me to BF last March

My oldest bike is a 1975 Varsity, pretty much a replica of my 1969 Varsity that I bought brand new. Though my favorite bike is a 2010 FX Trek, with a lighter frame and "index shifters", I can really "bang" the gears, and maneuver better when working the "Wolfpack" rush hour traffic.

This shabby little Mongoose is my oldest, 16 or 17 years old. Mostly stock. Just painted the fork white the other day and changed the seat to match. It sees the least action, but gets out for a cruise or quicky errand once in a while. The frame thing is made from pizza box and duct tap, fit for such a fine beater. Oh, and has a wee propeller on the bars.

Blue is 11ish years old and is ridden more than Orange but less that the big bike. The mountain bike is the youngest at 3 (doesn't have the fork bottle anymore).

Later last night I saw your post on the Techtra...really nice looking bike and I think that you're loyal to Huffy is pretty cool

Not sure if I qualify for "old school" yet...

My road bike is a 2008 Lynskey R220 with Dura Ace 7800. The Dura Ace group was taken off my old Litespeed Tuscany and it still works flawlessly.

My mountain bike is a 2003 Yeti ASR-SL with XT and XTR parts

Which part of the bike? The frame is from the early 70s, but almost everything else has been replaced at least once.

The Raleigh is from 1938, the Paramount might date to 1937 according to Richard Schwinn

There are others, but my long-time favorite:

A Torpado, circa 1961

I have several bikes. This is my oldest, a 1962 Rudge Sports. That makes it a year younger than I am.

I estimate mine to be about 15 years old. Needs a good tune up, but she is my "1991 Ford Ranger regular cab" Trusty Rusty,

72 ish, Miyata Racer. Original drive train and chain. Was a daily commuter, backed off to a weekend joy rider. Note: Those turkey wing brakes are Dura-Ace, and work perfectly.
