He only has this one strawman and keeps flogging it even after multiple times pointing it out. His argument isn't "floating", it's awash. If one were generous, one would call him obtuse.

What people say about the cyclist's responsibilty is no indication of what they would say about the parent's responsibilty. (I suspect you know that!)

He opines on many things. None of which have much merit.

I gotta say Baron, your comments are despicable and a perfect example of how some cyclists think they are above the law (even though they expect equal road rights). There is no excuse. It is illegal to ride on the sidewalk. Children should be abe to run and play on the sidewalk and parents should not have to worry about them because its a sideWALK. You sir are a perfect example of a bad cyclist. Your attitude is on the same level as that of drunk run-away drivers. As far as I'm concerned, cyclists don't get any worse than you.
