IMHO, Slapping/Hitting a vehicle is a waste of time. It doesn't matter who it is. This thread reminds me of a video on YouTube. Where someone in a motor vehicle. Is harassing a guy who is on a motorcycle. The guy on the motorcycle goes after the guy in the motor vehicle. The motorcyclist pulls out a grinder and starts cutting the motor vehicle's side mirror off.

I absolutely support the police. But in this case it was an illegal over reach by that cop.

The cyclist should appeal this case. The judge was clearly wrong.

I was on a four-lane divided 30mph road in a neighborhood just southeast of my house. When a vehicle was behind me. We both were in the 'passing' lane, since the neighborhood for some reason allowed street parking in the 'slow' lane. When I saw the female driver motion to the side of the road. I became incensed. I tabled that emotion. While the lady stopped at an open point in the 'slow' lane. I pulled up along side her. I calmly explained that my bike is my primary source of transportation by choice. I also told her about my head-injury not being from a bike accident or a car accident. But from needed brain surgeries for two congenital(from birth) health problems. I told her and her passenger to please stay safe.

We blessed each other, then I continued my ride.

We've had seven pages to discuss this, are we finding some resolution or continuing the somewhat acid tone of the beginning page?

I haven't looked yet but I'm betting there is some closure here. If there is an appeal, another thread to report it would probably do.
