National Bike Summit

For the first time, I'll be attending the National Bike Summit. I'll be representing BikeDFW--they are paying for it, so I'll be presenting my experience to the board, upon my return. I'm taking a folding bike and staying several blocks from the event.
Who here has been to previous years? What are some "must-do" items to maximize what I get from the summit?
