This is so not newsworthy.

What next, some video of a dog tearing out of a driveway and chasing a bike down the street?

Does serve to remind one of the state of mental health care in the US.

As a bicycle advocacy or safety message not so much.

As an advertisement for the Onus news a total fail.

I feel like these videos are just a huge waste of time, and that the OP is a shill for this Onus "News Service" I have noticed that all of his/her videos originate from this.

I have been called worse and had my life put far more in danger than 90% of the videos that have been posted by OP, and not said a thing about them.

Because the video is staged for some bizarre reason?

Definitely crazy.
Not sure the word "lady" applies here.

Maybe. Maybe not. Never underestimate the oddities that people will pass off as normal.
I have to think there is at least some kind of history between these two.

Staging an oddball video is probably no more bizarre than some pedestrian lady peppering a buy on a bicycle with insults for no apparent reason.

Why would you even stage this? It's not really that viral-worthy, and in some cities is a common occurrence.

For the same reason someone might post numerous videos of insignificant "incidents" and paint them with click bait worthy titles - seeks attention using techno toys, goofball agenda and/or mental instability.

No, there doesn't have to be any history. I live in an area with a high incidence of people with mental health issues and people with drug problems (sometimes related, sometimes not), and it's likely she wasn't yelling at the cyclist but the voice in her head that the cyclist looked like at that moment. I'm guessing that two minutes later she had no memory of encountering anyone. It's sad, really.

+1,
There's no reason to assume any prior contact. She yelled at the cyclist because he was there.

Sometimes the plain and simple truly is plain and simple.

A shill for, or simply is the entirety of ONS?

I'd love to see the OP riding through Pontiac MI, if he thinks that is bad. The Strava section of an otherwise nice trail system that runs through it is aptly named "The Battleground", and those sorts of folks not uncommon.

I wonder what she would do, if a cyclist stopped, and just stared at her.

I had an encounter at a stoplight with a person not in their right mind. I smiled, and had a friendly, calm, one sided conversation with him, he eventually said "I'll get out of your way when the light turns green", and he did.

I'm a fairly big guy, and once upon a time I was trained to neutralize threats, but there's no way to predict the outcome, so it makes sense to not provoke a response from such a person if possible.
