Velosurance- about insurance for accidents and/or theft...?

Does anyone know if Velosurance is:
Trustworthy? And Reliable? Are there any tricks (are they con artists?) to them?
I'm considering insuring my new bike (a schwinn meridian 24" adult trike) with them. I don't find any other company. Is the only vehicle that I own. I rent, don't own.

Do you have rental insurance that would cover theft? That's the first thing to check. My home owners insuance covers theft but the deductible is too high to do any good.

I was considering Velosurance for extra medical coverage until I can build up a decent health savings account. I had a wreck a few months ago and the medical bills are pushing about 2K already. The medical coverage was only $1000 but it would keep me from completely emptying my savings. The theft insurance also wouldn't be a bad perk. As it stands I never made any decisions and haven't purchased yet, but I'm still considering it when my insurance deductible starts over next year. I was able to find a little bit more info about it on ****** and it seems legit enough.

I got renters insurance by liberty mutual through geico for my electric bike after 3 agents told me my bike is covered. But then when I read the 43 pages of the policy it had a part about motorized land conveyances not being covered.
So I called back and asked to speak with someone who understood the policy better. After about 30 minutes of being on hold they told me my bike was not covered.

I ended going with velosurance.

I'd not own a bike that I couldn't self-insure and replace myself. Or are you talking about liability insurance just in case you run someone over?
