San Francisco embracing bike free?
Just saw this article (https://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/articl...AGKTE8S2A1.DTL) on the Chronicle website. SF is paying bikers to ride around and drop anti-mosquito pellets into stordrains and catch basisns rather than spraying or using cars. Maybe SF isn't quite as bad for biking as I thought
