Anyone tried NR's police siren?

I know people use airhorns, what about this police siren?

Pennsylvania vehicle code explicitly disallows sirens on bicycles. Some other states may have similar restrictions.

NYC vehicular code also prohibits running red lights too but I do it.
When I'm trying to get the attention of an SUV rapidly closing in on my lane, I think it'll be quite effective in getting the driver's attention.

Okay, so the SUV is next to you on your left, you hit the siren, and the SUV dives toward the right curb ?

Yes, a siren is recommended to do this and also a blue light mounted over the helmet

No go for the full light rack on the helmet, go for the bling.
