Yes, sorry about the abbreviation. It seems that there are so many threads that have "cyclist killed in accident" type subjects that a database of accidents would be useful for getting city planners to design safer streets or something.
This site (http://www.maphub.org
) has many details about accidents and entry of accidents is controlled by a bike advocacy group bike-pgh, so as to hold down falacious entries. You go to the bike-pgh site to enter the details, then they verify it and put it into the map/database.
Here is an example-- once you click on an accident icon on the map you get this kind of detail:
