Another Nimrod Driver

On a ride this afternoon I was approaching a stop light on a road that had 4 lanes in my direction. I rode on the right hand side of the right side lane going straight. There was a right turn lane on my right. A driver passed me, and as she approached the intersection and stopped at the red light, she moved as far to the right as she could to prevent me from passing her on the right and waiting in front of traffic. Normally, I would have stopped behind the cars in front of me at the light, but this time I decided to be uncooperative. I passed her on the right and waited next to the first car at the intersection in a lane that gave me a good five feet next to that car. I wonder if her ego, her pride, or her sense of American fair play was damaged because a cyclist happened to share the intersection with her.

This happened to me today. I had no plan of passing on the right, but someone had to place his/her wheels in the gutter, and it really made me want to pass, badly.

its a problem here too (but a reverse image, we drive/ride on the left). @ traffic lights or intersections cars turning left hog the road up to the curb if theres enough room i ride past flipping their mirrors with my right elbow & then waving wat i hope appears a sincere appolagy . but wats realy SCAARY is being passed by truck & trailer units while negotiating roundabouts , the black tyre scuffs on the curbs & tyre traks on the grass verges bear witness to this, it doesnt seem to matter how many lanes or how wide the road they take more than the avalable space
