Critical Mass in Seattle I don't understand???
I do not fully understand the "functional aspects" of a CM though I can appreciate the purpose. There may, however, be a more productive method of getting the word out.
Below is an email I received along with my response to Deputy Chennik after going out to the King County Sheriff Departments web site and sending a comment:
