Graffiti inspired bike path

I saw this subject ('Graffiti inspired bike path') on digg pointing to this article:

http://www.woostercollective.com/200...roadworth.html

It's about an artist who was commissioned to paint an "artsy" bike lane.

But when I read the subject line I was thinking it was about cyclists who took it upon themselves to create bike lanes using graffiti. You know, sneak out in the middle of the night and paint a bike lane.
