NYC DOT commisioner = cyclist

Saw this article this morning and wanted to make sure it made it here. I'm not a huge fan of the push for bike lanes and paths, but having people involved in the Dept. of Transport on bikes is a good first step to more bike friendly policies. Any NYC riders have opinions?

Great !

Anything is better than nothing, and in a place that is riddled with traffic jams and pollution, anything that encourages bicycle riding is good.
