Now this is grassroots advocacy

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/bik/415564114.html

I値l Fix Flat Tires For FREE! (mission district)

Yeah you heard it right FREE! If you have a flat tire or some minor issues with your bike I値l ride over to your house or local park or wherever and fix it for free. All I ask is that you take your bike out and ride it around within the next week. I love to ride my bike and I just want to spread the joy! If you need your flat tire fixed email me at ************.

If the tube is not repairable I値l bring some extra tubes, but you値l have to pay for those--they are only 3-6 bucks. I値l also bring along some extra repair kits and I値l sell you the kit for how much it cost me and teach you how to repair your own flat!

And that's not all-- the next 20 emails will be invited to join me on my next bike ride around San Francisco. I love to go on bike rides and if you池e interested we can keep in touch and I値l invite you on the next bike ride we go on. Holy S***! Could this deal get any better???!!!!

That completely rocks. That's putting your money (better yet, freetime) where your mouth is regarding advocacy.

I should put up some signs around the neighborhood, I'm no mechanic but I can fix flats and tune up a bike in a few minutes.
