Should prove as amusing as the typical bus - cyclist thread

i filed a complaint with nj transit regarding a close cutoff by a bus (reported the time/location/bus number). the dispachure i talked with stated that there would be a formal investigation into the incident and review the drivers record with the company. they contacted me about 1 month later for follow up.
there seemed to be a reduction in incidents as this with nj transit.

Must be nice. Transit workers here are horrible. There was just an article in the paper about how rude the drivers are to riders (and if they're bad to the people paying them, just imagine what they're like to the rest of us)

When I read the heard that a few passengers were rallied, I thought they were going to stop the driver from running this poor guy over. Instead, this 'karate kid' goes out and spits on the guy for trying not to get run over. And the police sound worthless too. Hope this guys gets a good lawyer.

I must use this opportunity to talk about the bus drivers in my area, Amherst, MA. They're excellent. I know one of the people in charge of the system and he says that how to interact with cyclists is an explicit part of the training that given to his drivers.

Thank god we have decent bus drivers in our area too. I can't believe the crazies and chatty developmentally disabled people they put up with every day. And they are so polite putting up with it. I've never had one do anything rude to me on my bike.
