Cyclist in 2007 Ballard Bridge crash dies - Seattle PI

Seattle PI article

"Earlier this year, McMacken and his family sued the City of Seattle for negligence over its failure to improve the narrow bicycle-pedestrian walkway on the bridge. Lisa McMacken said she intends to continue the King County Superior Court suit in the hope that it will force the city to improve conditions on the bridge."
