need a safety flag

i would like to install a safety flag attached to a pole on the rear of my bike
can anybody direct me to a website where i can purchase such a flag?

I found a red traffic directing flag, left behind after some road construction. The flag is on the floor in front of my bike in this picture:

I carry it in the handlebar basket and I use it as needed.

The problem with those fiberglass pole bike flags is you cant swing your leg over the rear wheel to mount or dismount.
