Bicycling Dafety DVD for adults

Has anyone checked out Geared Up the Essentials of Adult Bicycling. It is very comprehensive. There is a 5 minute preview at www.adultbicycling.com.

You really should have noted your association with this video in the OP. Otherwise a newbie like you might be considered just a spammer.

I did mention my association to the DVD in the description of myself. I really should learn how to spell safety though! I am really just trying to get feedback on the quality of the DVD and the thoroughness of the information contained in it.
