bicycle vs car images and video

Hi, I know it's gruesome but I'm giving a presentation on vehicular cycling and need some multimedia to go along with the data. If you folks have any collections of bike vs car images or video, please let me know. Thanks!

I'm kinda baffled as to why footage and images to go along with a presentation on vehicular cycling need to be gruesome...

Not sure what you mean by "gruesome." But if you want some video that shows vehicular cycling... go to youtube and type in Vehicular Cycling.

Find anything by CyclistLorax and you will have great examples of Vehicular Cycling.

Further if you are looking for the "grandfather" of Vehicular Cycling... here is his classic presentation before Google at their headquarters.

http://video.google.com/videosearch?...en&emb=0&aq=f#

Now while you are chewing on all of that, consider that while vehicular cycling works, up to a point, vehicular cycling has never increased the number of people cycling in any area or country. Usually some sort of bicycle specific policies and infrastructure have done that.

Vehicular Cycling, in essence, is what skilled cyclists do in order to cope in an automotive centric world. (IE the United States... where less than 1% of all regular transportation is done by bicycle).

I hope this helps you.

I have many bike car videos on my blog. http://bikesafer.blogspot.com
Feel free to use any of them you need for the presentation you are talking about.
