Oh The Horror of bike facilities; a bike tunnel no less.

Mandatory seat belts are definitely needed for all Beer Bikes or better yet, ban them and bike tunnels too, and mandate training in Vehicular Cycling™ and land navigation on nanny approved bikes for everyone.

Hoping to more easily cycle up the incline on the other end of the bike tunnel, the women gathered speed on the downward incline — not realizing that the roof of the tunnel was too low for the beer bike to negotiate.
Oh, come on. This could have happened right here in the U.S.

Well, except for the beer bike and bike tunnel parts.
