According to the reviews in Amazon.com, this seems like a sturdy lock that you can get at a 50% price drop.

It's a good idea to lock your bike to a frame when parked.

You may want to get yourself a cable with a loop at each end from your local bike shop to help secure the wheels - your local equivalent of this :

If you are going to go through the trouble of removing your seatpost, take it with you.
2000 Montague CX, I do not recommend it, but still ride it.
Strida 3, I recommend it for rides < 10mi wo steep hills.
2006 Rowbike 720 Sport, I recommend it as an exercise bike.
    1996 Birdy, Recommend.
    Wieleder CARiBIKE (folding), decent frame.
