Carbon Fber bike shoes and carpeted stairs do not mix.

http://bicycleadvocacyandsafety.blogspot.com/

After reading you're more then welcome to say things like: "well no ****", "duh, I could have told you that", "no **** sherlock", "next time take them off or don't wear them on the stairs", etc. So let it begin, let me know how much of a dumb ass I was for wearing bike shoes on carpeted stairs. I'm ready for it.
