Cars thinking their motorcycles

I'm not sure if it's just Edmonton, but I've notices a huge number of vehicles driving around the city with only one headlight. I remember Calgary being the same way this time of year too. I have never been able to figure it out.
I want to explain to these morons that I realize it's not quite motorcycle season yet but driving around with one headlight as if to pretend is just stupid. It's up there with the numpties who have no headlights on and are talking on the celphone at the same time. Those ones aren't as common but they make me wish I had a camera handy.
I can usually signal to people who don't have their headlights on to turn them on but for those motorcycle wannabes, they just don't have a clue.

I've come across a few motorbikes who think they're cycles, and can use my lane.... To be fair though I've rarely had a problem with a motorcyclist.
