Interesting that the bus driver seemed to find it prudent to continue accelerating, after being hit. Note brake release immidiately after impact, plus dust bowl from exhaust.

Perhaps you have never driven an automatic vehicle, that when it is in 'drive' will go forward without touching the accelerator (gas pedal). It is possible the bus driver was braking for the trike and was about to fully release the brake at the moment of impact. The brake lights of the bus are illuminated when they come into view - so you could hardly say "continue" accelerating.
LOL The End is Nigh (for 80% of middle class North Americans) - I sneer in their general direction.

An idling vehicle in drive won't create a dust cloud such as the one appearing behind the rear wheel of that bus after the impact. The accelerator pedal had to have been depressed at that point.

I think that's the dust/steam cloud that was surrounding both cars after the collision, now spilling undr the bus. It's in the wrong place to be the bus's exhaust.

Clearly a bike ninja. It's not like them to be caught on video like that but... how else do you explain it?
