Hoons in car ads banned?
I don't have much info on this yet, but I could almost like Johnny Howard if it goes through:

Sounds good to me. Can we also ban car adverts where they ride through uncongested roads, rarely passing another car?

I thought it might be the couple of positive posts on certain bikepaths that had done it... Nice to see him though.

Welcome back(??) Chris L.
I told you he wouldn't stay away. BikeForums is addicting.

I'd be very interested to have that point clarified.

I just hope this place is not so addictive that this happens to me again. If that turns out to be the case, I might just sell my computer altogether.

I watch very little TV, particularly commercial TV so my experience of car adverts isn't great. Most of them seem to be driving through empty country roads, either here or abroad. Often they appear to be going fast, but then the theoretical speed limit on country roads is way in excess of sensible driving.
Sorry, not a lot of help.
