I hope the turnout is substantial.

I think its funny that if I had used this defendant's defense to a(nother) police officer, I'd practically be writing my own 'too fast for conditions' ticket.

A collision which is "unavoidable" if one is speeding @ 70mph would probably be quite avoidable at a legal and prudent speed.
