How about a new forum just to discuss Critical Mass?

This subject deserves to have it's own forum here on bikeforum.

Just my 2.5 cents

I think it's pretty well covered here. Having it's own forum would just lead to non stop arguments IMO.

Since it seems to be taking up least half of the Advocacy & Safety forum, why not?
Then this can can a CM-Free Zone for those who hate it

Personally, I think that anyone interested in cycle advocacy can profit from discussing and debating CM. In some parts of the country it's the most visible form of bicycle advocacy, and everyone, regardless of opinion, should know what CM is about and what issues it's facing because CM is, in many places, the second most consistently seen face of cycling, second only to all types of professional bicycle couriers.

(Also, it's not half, but eight of fifty, by my count.)

Yeah. I'd be more behind someone starting a forum for all these "CM sucks let's do something different!" threads that are full of good intentions and go absolutely nowhere.
