If you go to the link at the bottom of the OP's post, it leads to laist. Laist states they got this from the Big Map Blog, and provides a link. On the Big Map Blog there is a link to a full size scan.

I printed it today on 24x36 paper and it looks FANTASTIC.

Good find.

What I find intersting is that there were very few good roads. In fact, the good roads usually followed the rail road. Lots of poor, fair and moutain roads.
