Seriously, why don't they make it reflective? reflective frames and the inside of the rims?

Ahem. From my perspective, as a Long Islander, who relies on the Long Island Rail Road to get in and out of Manhattan, it makes a big difference. The Trains are crowded, and bike are only allowed on "Off Peak", or non-rush-hour Trains.

On Tuesday the 4th, for instance, I used a Citibike, to get to an Art Supply store. I was able to return the Citibike at 31st and 8th, and take a train home, leaving at 6:16 PM. If I had my own Bicycle, I would have had to wait until 8:42 PM, or two and a half hours, for an Off Peak hours Train.

It's New York City, there's a method behind the madness.
