I don't know, why not contribute to a discussion instead of being facetious?

Obviously you don't know, and neither do I, nor anybody else how the "liability thing" is driving an arbitrary if not facetious "weight limit" on the bike share plan. Has anyone figured out why 260 lbs? Why not 360 lbs? or 160? Does that meet YOUR golden standard for contribution to the discussion?
