Hopefully they come to the right decision. Since this guy did not learn from his first killing, they really need to put him in jail for a few years to protect other cyclist.

Excellent idea.
Did anyone else look at the picture of the killer? I doubt if he could outlive the five year driving ban initially imposed. He looks only slightly warmer than his victims. I guess killing people makes for a hard life.
