    Update: Carlos Bertonatti

Carlos Bertonatti's attorney, submitted the Defense Witness List, a week ago yesterday. Then this past Monday, filed another 'Notice of Unavailability'. So much for hoping progress was made, following the submission of the 'Defense Witness List'.

The judge has to probably allow the legal amount of latitude given. This means this attorney can put off some bits and pieces until there is no more string left in the spool.

I totally agree, that Carlos Bertonatti's attorney needs to clear their desk of any other case. As for string being 'left in the spool', I think Judge Bronwyn Miller is guilty of collusion. She has not put her foot down about getting on with the trial, for three years. By the time it does go to trial, the entire list of witnesses for the defense and prosecution, will either be dead, or have amnesia.
