Given the other documented case where you misrepresented the truth (I never followed anyone home) and your apparent glee in this kind of behaviour over a period of years I really doubt your claim that you 'recognized' her.. If so, why did you need to do an online search based upon the license plate to obtain her information???

Yes you pulled this miraculous 'fact' after it was pointed out that you were making assumptions that the person you emailed was in fact the person you 'heard' yell at you...
Given the other documented case where you misrepresented the truth (I never followed anyone home) and your apparent glee in this kind of behaviour over a period of years I really doubt your claim that you 'recognized' her.. I'll answer the question - if my woman got an e-mail like that and complained to me about it I would tell her that her mouth has gotten her into trouble again for the 10,000 time all over again (not that she is unique in that by an means, mine gets me into trouble sometimes too.)

Pretty much unnerving to have the average citizen being able to look up your name and complete driving record from your license plate number on a whim. I much rather have law enforcement to only have access to that info, since they have more strict protocols to follow on how to use that info.

from my experience with multiples of such individuals (both sexes), my answer is ~ yes, i do consider them as such. They just aren't quite to the point of taking direct physical action against you yet, that's the next step after the verbal vaguely threatening anonymous emails.

On the uphill side of the gulch, after I pulled onto a narrow shoulder to let motorist pass, the third car (Honda SUV) had it's window down and a woman (some anonymous women as opposed to a women I know from ...) yelled "Get off the road."
A slow day at work gave me time to look up her license plate in the public record database. She has 2 speeding tickets, 1 for 15 mph and 1 for over the MAX (considered a criminal offense), no insurance violation, and no safety inspection violation. Of note, her safety inspection decal is again out of date by a month this morning. The database gave her name. (if you knew her why did you need the database to get her name or contact information) Quick google search showed her name associated with a local soccer team and an e-mail for her position as uniform coordinator.
I just sent her this e-mail. Any bets that she responds back?

Then there is your following statement, which doesn't make sense if you in fact knew the women from outside this event AS YOU NOW CLAIM,
When a license plate # is enterred on the State Judiciary official website, it returns the names and dates of traffic infractions associated with that license plate. It does not return the owner of the car. That is a clear indication that person is driving the car on a regular basis. From that page you can link to other traffic infractions based on the drivers name. That gives you a strong indication if the name you have is currently driving the car involved or if they have moved on to driving another vehicle.
Add that to the voice being a woman and the video capture being a woman of about 55 years adds up to the person with the driving infractions also being the person who would harass a cyclist.

And I repeat that you have shown a history of gloating about this kind of behaviour. A pattern that your own posts have indicated have gone on for YEARS! Lets not forget that post where you maintained the LIST (the claim reminds me of McCarthy and his socio pathic tendencies) of those license plates of vehicles that had offended you...

I got emails and phone calls like this all the time because I share a name with a convicted felon who swindled money from people while also owning and operating rental units he didn't repair.
It's great when people look you up your name on the internet and contact you based on limited information. I'm glad the guy finally moved out of state and some time passed.
I won't say anymore. Don't want to give you too much information.
I wouldn't assume the soccer lady and the lady driver were the same person. But if it's on the internet it must be true, right.
