P.S. why is that so many cyclists seem to have sociopathic tendencies while dehumanizing anyone not in their clique?

Yes you pulled this miraculous 'fact' after it was pointed out that you were making assumptions that the person you emailed was in fact the person you 'heard' yell at you...

Given the other documented case where you misrepresented the truth (I never followed anyone home) and your apparent glee in this kind of behaviour over a period of years I really doubt your claim that you 'recognized' her.. If so, why did you need to do an online search based upon the license plate to obtain her information???

Hey...Johnnie Cochran...give it a rest. Most people know to quit after they've lost.

Yes, I've lost. It is clear a significant number of forum members have sociopathic tendencies...

Every human being has the potential for so called "psychopathic tendencies". Some have the self control to keep it under control for at least the vast majority of the time - others lack self control.

So you are not able to read the e-mail in the OP.

Subject: Cecily - why

Cecily,

Why were you so rude this morning?

Did you know that yelling at cyclist using our roads is considered harassment and is punishable by $1,000 and a year in jail?

Did you not think I would recognize you?

Your actions this morning are on video. Please use better judgement the next time you pass a cyclist.

Cyclist have just as much right to our roads as you do.

Thank you,

The cyclist you yelled, "Get off the road" to this morning.
And you insist on misrepresenting most of my and other posters statements in this and so many other threads.

It has to be more than reading comprehension problems.

Oh my, you are a stalker.

IMHO there is nothing rude or creepy about outting an antagonist. Let them worry about being identified, and maybe they wont do it again.

I'm anxiously awaiting her response.

It was a little creepy to look up her info, but if that's public information in Hawaii then it's perfectly legal to do so.

Pretty much unnerving to have the average citizen being able to look up your name and complete driving record from your license plate number on a whim. I much rather have law enforcement to only have access to that info, since they have more strict protocols to follow on how to use that info.

I have misrepresented nothing. Indeed I have provided quotes where you have clearly misstated the truth about your own conduct.

And while in hindsight your above statement about recognizing her could be interpreted the way you NOW claim, in the full context of the original post it doesn't seem likely

I commute through a gulch each morning at the speed limit of 35 mph on the downhill side. On the uphill side of the gulch, after I pulled onto a narrow shoulder to let motorist pass, the third car (Honda SUV) had it's window down and a woman (some anonymous women as opposed to a women I know from ...) yelled "Get off the road."

A slow day at work gave me time to look up her license plate in the public record database. She has 2 speeding tickets, 1 for 15 mph and 1 for over the MAX (considered a criminal offense), no insurance violation, and no safety inspection violation. Of note, her safety inspection decal is again out of date by a month this morning. The database gave her name. (if you knew her why did you need the database to get her name or contact information) Quick google search showed her name associated with a local soccer team and an e-mail for her position as uniform coordinator.

I just sent her this e-mail. Any bets that she responds back?

Then there is your following statement, which doesn't make sense if you in fact knew the women from outside this event AS YOU NOW CLAIM,

It does not return the owner of the car. That is a clear indication that person is driving the car on a regular basis. From that page you can link to other traffic infractions based on the drivers name. That gives you a strong indication if the name you have is currently driving the car involved or if they have moved on to driving another vehicle.

Add that to the voice being a woman and the video capture being a woman of about 55 years adds up to the person with the driving infractions also being the person who would harass a cyclist.
If you had in fact known the women, why didn't you address my comments about your linking the name from the license database to the email address and your ASSUMPTION that they were the same person with that information? Instead you first responded with implied curses and insults and vague attempts to imply no ASSUMPTIONS were made... When combined with your demonstrated mis-representation about the accuracy of my describing your prior similar behavior (ie, following a motorist home on one occasion) you credibility is in doubt.

And I repeat that you have shown a history of gloating about this kind of behaviour. A pattern that your own posts have indicated have gone on for YEARS! Lets not forget that post where you maintained the LIST (the claim reminds me of McCarthy and his socio pathic tendencies) of those license plates of vehicles that had offended you...

I got emails and phone calls like this all the time because I share a name with a convicted felon who swindled money from people while also owning and operating rental units he didn't repair.

It's great when people look you up your name on the internet and contact you based on limited information. I'm glad the guy finally moved out of state and some time passed.

I won't say anymore. Don't want to give you too much information.

I wouldn't assume the soccer lady and the lady driver were the same person. But if it's on the internet it must be true, right.

[TD="class: text, colspan: 2"]A person with antisocial personality disorder. Probably the most widely recognized personality disorder. A sociopath is often well liked because of their charm and high charisma, but they do not usually care about other people. They think mainly of themselves and often blame others for the things that they do. They have a complete disregard for rules and lie constantly. They seldom feel guilt or learn from punishments. However exciting that would be, I suspect this is another example of someone using words they do not actually understand, in an effort to appear impressive.

Sadly, that usually does not have the desired effect.

Wow, according to THAT definition, the entire side of town where I live is sociopathic....that would be TENS OF THOUSANDS of people, all in one AREA! Something in the water?

Again, there is a difference between showing tendencies of a psychological disorder and actually having that disorder...
