Considering the last reference posted from the public record regarding this tragedy was dated Jul 2, 2015, I'm going to say: no.
The ride the killer crashed is the Seacoast Century, which is again on for this year, this upcoming September.
And too often, in threads like these, the original incident is posted without followup about the resolution and consequences. Since this is local to me, it pops up in local media from time to time, and I can post updates. Like the one just last week. If I'm still around (Jah willing), BF still exists, and I can dig this thread up, I will also post if/when I hear that Hess is paroled.
