This great. I love the data. Not surprisingly in the seamier parts of town.

Seems to me that the "seamier parts of town" have few bicycle thefts.

Most of the thefts are downtown and at BART stations, where people are probably locking their bikes when at work or shopping.

BART stations aren't exactly the Crystal Palace. :D
