Campy and Shimano in South Afrcia?
I am planning a trip to South Africa and was wondering what kind of retail prices are being charged for Shimano 9 & 10 Campy 9 & 10 or XT / XTR. Is the price from a shop or mail order? If it is retail from a bike shop, in what city is the bike shop located?
Thanks

Dude, only seen this post now. Don't know if you still on the way, or come and gone already??? You can get all major brand components here - mostly in LBS. However, you are going to pay 10%-30% more here than in the US or EU. I can give you LBS details, but it depends which city you're going to be in?

A friend of mine, whom I met while he was on a work exchange program, told me he can get just about everything in South Africa as I can in the States, but usually costs around about 25% more.
