Arms get stiff when riding

Could I have to much weight on my arms that cause them to stiffen up when I ride? I shake them out but think it happens much more then it should. What can I change to fix this? My arms are beginning to look like Arnolds.

Is that a bad thing?!?
Try a search, either on this forum or google, for bike setup. It does make a huge difference to comfort and pedalling efficiency.
Are your arms too stretched out? Maybe you're gripping the handlebars too tight?
Have a look around, I hope you find the info you need.
