San Francisco Pedalmonster, July 1 through July 4

PEDALMONSTER!
JULY 1ST through the 4th
in the beautiful Bayview, San Francisco,CA

Yahoo! yeehaw! Ji-had!
Heavy pedal Cyclecide is hosting a weekend of altered
mutant bike mayhem!
Something dumb this way comes, all in the name of
Free-dum.
Come take part and witness an extravaganza of multiple
bike clubs from all over everywhere. But mostly from
the west coast.

See! Wanton stunts of idiocy performed on tall bikes,
blood thirsty choppers, swing bikes and out of control
shriner cycles.

Bring on the Bike-opa-lypse with the one and only
pedal powered midway of carnival rides: the new
Cyclefuge flying swings, along with Paul da Plumbers
and New Belgium’s premier of the triple Ferris wheel!

Here are the weekend’s events as follow:
Friday, July 1st:
Bicycle bar crawl and poke-her run.
Meet at Zietgist at 8pm.

Saturday, July 2nd:
Bicycle drive-in. Movies, bands, and beer!
Bands TBA.
At 1667 Jerrold St. between 3rd and Phelps.
Take Bayshore to get to Jerrold street.
$6 bucks

Sunday, July 3rd:
Cyclecide Bike Rodeo with special guests Chunk 666
from Portland, Oregon. Pedal powered midway, show, and
bands TBA
Doors at 3pm, show at dusk.
Across the street from 1667 Jerrold, the Cyclecide
Compound.
$8 bucks

July 4th: Bike Club BBQ. BYOM. Location to be
announced.

More info when we figure out what the hell.
Contact linda@cyclecide.com if you have any questions.
Bike clubs get in free to all events with an rsvp and
a list of names prior to the event.

More info from CHVNK 666:

Jarico asked me to get in touch with the various clubs and let you
know about the CYCLECIDE DERANGED BIKE HOOTENANNY on July 4th weekend
in San Francisco which will bring together the bike clubs of the west
coast for a big hug or something. Members of C.H.U.N.K. 666 will be
there and will, since it is the weekend of the 4th, be pleased to blow
ourselves up as we attempt to ride the FLAMING BIKES OF DEATH.

https://cyclecide.com/future.shtml

Housing will be provided for visiting bike clubs. If you're
interested in going, let Jarico know so he can plan or something at
jarico@cyclecide.com.

I'm so bummed that I missed this! I was just cruising around in my neighborhood (East Bay) this past weekend too...So, when's the next Bike Rodeo or Bike Festival in the San Francisco Bay Area?

I hope some of you caught this. I hung out with a few of the cyclecide kids when they were in st. louis. One of my buddies won 7 tall bike jousting matches in a row until he was finally unhorsed by the cyclecide champion after numerous close passes. It was sweet.

peace,
sam
