    Could the 20" wheel possibly be the front wheel, and the bike is ridden in prone position? Farfetched I know.
    And the U-lock is a humorous touch.

    Looking at the rusty chainline I'm wondering if anyone has ever ridden it. It may just be a brain teaser.

    I like the suggestion that it may be steered like a unicycle, though it would be far less nimble. I'd like to see a pic or vid of it being ridden.
