Need to identify an old cable carrier...
 

I originally bought this cable carrier in 1995 for my mountain bike. It is currently on the front of my cyclo-cross bike. I've been searching all over the place to find out who made it and, eventually find another one.

The only thing I remember was that there were cat-eye style in addition to the style I bought. Anyone have any ideas who made this or have any other info?
