BikeForums.net T-shirts are available for ordering!

Brad has advised me that the shirts are now available at VeloTees. If you have any questions or feedback, please let Brad know.

[edit] Please note that they are available at a reduced price as a benefit to members (and non-members). I have three of his shirts, and I can assure you that they're well worth the price. They're not the thin and cheap cotton, and the printing is very high quality.

Sorry Gents Repeating my post that got deleted (even though it's within forum guidelines)

I love the shirt but it's not wicking, long sleeve OR women's cut...Also I'm not promoting companies who sell this type of stuff. Sorry. No sale.

There were some complaints about this shirt in another thread, so that thread was trashed. Why do you feel the need to post this again? If you don't want the shirt, don't buy one. Put reposting an image that has offended some members already helps no one.

As a vendor, I'd want to know people's objections and address them. He couldn't address the issues cuz the thread was deleted and then restarted outside the news forum. Anyone wondering about how the issue was resolved is clueless (and buying Christmas gifts elsewhere). Please re-open the thread in the News forum.

Instead of deleting posts you don't like, how about helping the vendor by supplying some suggestions that help both B/F and his business? Perhaps the vendors can move the B/F shirt to a separate page (from the F/U shirts) and mention a date when additional sizes, styles, and fabric content would be available.

The thread was not restarted, except by you. It's my understanding that some women don't want to buy a BikeForums shirt because of some of the other shirts Brad sells. Fine, move on then. Do you take this stance with every other product you buy or don't buy, or are you just a hypocrite here on the forums?

I would like to ask that this discussion be taken to PMs or someplace else. The Alt bikers truly do not deserve this.

Brian, the thread was restarted because VRK has a valid point. She's offered a reasonable approach that lets people purchase BF shirts, without having to view a shirt that makes a joke out of domestic violence. In my professional life, I've boycotted companies because I've been offended by their ads, their policies, or products. I would love a BF shirt, but I'm conflicted about supporting Brad. And Brad, please understand that this does not imply a personal slam to you. You're probably a great guy. Maybe we can come up with a better line for #3 on your shirt. The rest I think is pretty darn funny!

Something's fishy here...wasn't the goal to promote B/F by selling shirts to the whole forum? So why is this thread in Alt?

This shirt does not make a joke about domestic violence, but we can't make you see that.

It's in Alt to reach more forum members. I think I created about 8 identical threads across the forums. The one you complained about was trashed, so you've brought the issue up again in another thread. Do I need to trash them all and start over?

Your "Women will like this-NOT..comment?
I commented on the fact that women would not like the shirt in general. Someone else decided to show their dislike by reposting the image over and over.

"I can abuse my bike and it won't cost me my house" Please help me understand what that IS about if it's NOT domestic violence. Really, that's what I thought it referred to, and it's my only objection to that shirt. Please, someone, tell me what that line does refer to if NOT abusing your wife? Seriously, help me see that.

I don't see where it's even implied that there is anything funny about spousal abuse. It's a very serious matter - if you abuse your spouse, there are serious repercussions. Not so for abusing your bike. That in no way makes light of spousal abuse.
