Ya gotta give the man credit for even thinking about getting on a tallbike. Yup, he inched up a notch in my estimation. He's braver than I am so far. Wait til I get to Portland for the NAHBS though, I know that someone will have one for me to try .

Hey, maybe he's loosening up and actually starting to see bicycles as something to enjoy rather than a way to make money.

Don't you think he enjoys making money on a bicycle? Just because he does it for a living doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy it.

Oh Jesus, are you kidding me? You don't get to where he did without having a real love for a bicycle.

I guess you need to wear ass tight pants, rock riser bars and powdercoated deep v's on your fixed gear conversion to TRULY love cycling, right?

He doesn't have a tank, hard pannier boxes, a forked stand and an Electra bell.

If he can get a Rollfast/Columbia/Elgin/Monark/Schwinn like mine through all the stages and make the motorcycle crews jealous, he has my full vote

I totally agree. I don't love riding ENOUGH to get serious about actually training to enter races, etc. It's like saying rock stars don't love music.

I'm a little late to chime in, the comments didn't work for me when it was fresh, but I'll say it now:
That's awesome.

And I will add that one of the other people does indeed look like an early Agassi.
