UH, I think I'd stick with the arTiste reference. ...Suggestion: extend the steering tube on a 20 in springer, low rider style, to fit. Do the rims in red with some nice whitewalls. make a cool RaTote.

Looks like a folder that could be usefull for some people...are they an older kind of bike?
