Weird Bike Jumble

These bikes were on a residential street in Kill Devil Hills, NC. They look like works in progress and some definitely have more potential than others.

Looks to me like somebody enjoys welding bikes together, but isn't interested in painting, polishing, and that sort of thing. I suspect you could ask nicely and have a free bike. Maybe not one of those on display...
