Seat's too low, cadence is too low, looks like the pedals are farther apart than a normal bike- definitely some room for improvement there. It's not a rea Monster Bike until you can ride it over cars.

Yeah, like all bikes in Alt Bikes are serious projects.

Yeah, it needs some improvement, but it's a nice first draft.

How can I say this gently?.......
It's a fun project, but it looks more impressive sitting still than it does with someone pedaling it a slow walking pace down the street.

(note to self--do NOT build any pedal-powered vehicles using 200-lb tires...)
